Cruel Black Dove-"Love Song"

So check it, we have been away and neglecting the blog, which is becoming a theme as of late. But since "No Parking" is our motto around here, we will keep it moving with a vid from our pals Cruel Black Dove. CBD is a fairly new band in the NYC area but moving very quickly in a matter of months. When I first heard there song "Love Song" i was an instant fan. They are the kinda band that has heavy roots in late 80's early 90's new wave but with a strong mainstream appeal. Anyhoo I love this song and the vid is rad too. Cruel Black Dove-"Love Song." Echo and the Bunnymen-"The Cutter"

So Check it, the blog has been as splotchy as Britney Spears fake tan as of late. My WiFi has been NoFi. But we are marching on and makin' do by doin' what we can, when we can. LUV IT NYC has really been on some old school underground New Wave the last few months and we are stickin' with that.
